and rylais is a standard on vlad anyway so you can run in circles kiting people at 100 hp with Q heals. after rylais and deathcap it's time for some mr/armor
though vlad is unique in that roa/archangels don't do anything for him where most casters will build them
literally the most intense game I have ever played gee whiz, if I contributed anything to that game it was using Blinding Dart to keep Yi from getting that last hit on the inhibitor!
Also, tell me why Nashor's is bad! It is a little pricey but I figure characters like Teemo and Taric can utilize every single one of its benefits.
It kind of gives too much utility and not enough actual raw power. Malady or Bloodrazor works better for Teemo, Pure AP items of auras work better for Taric and heavy AP/AD items work better for Kayle
it is kind of like morello's evil tome in that you don't really want to go for mana regen late game and the other stats are much better to get from other places

What I want from you guys, is to draw me something funny, and pertaining to league of legends. Is that so difficult? Exactly, I didn’t think so.
But how will we judge you ask? Well, there will be three parts of every drawing we will consider:
1)Originality
2)Hilarity
3)Presentation
Presentation will, of course, be the criteria with the lowest weight on victory, but, sorry, you can’t just draw a scribble and win.

1st place: First place will receive $20 in RP, and a PAX Jax skin code!
2nd place: 2nd place will receive $10 in RP and a PAX Jax skin!

Well first you get a Sharpie marker. Then you put in in your mouth. Suck a little, get it wet. Then put it in your butt. After you've imbued yourself with the tools to draw then you simply wiggle your penis. After some time, a drawing should come out.
