i don't think i've ever met anybody that's had a problem with evolution or religion in school
and i had friends that would come by the house with members of their church to convince me to come with them to church
speaking of church, really glad i didn't throw up in it(massively hungover) on sunday, although i was pretty peeved that i missed my niece's baptism, which was the whole point of me going since she requested it, otherwise i could have got more than three hours of sleep!

The amount of people probably going to that is pretty small I'm sure.

I went to my senior prom with a girl who had never been asked to a school dance before. She got angry at me during the dinner because our prom group was made up of musical theater kids and having just finished a play we were still in the mood to talk about it (so she felt out).
Once we got to the dance she immediately split off and once i found her she had her female friends she wasn't in the mood to dance (out of what I can imagine a combination of fear & anger). So I walked around the prom facility. Saw one of my best female friends trying really hard to impress a jerk who I had heard joking he was going to bang her that night.
On exit of the dance my date was silent towards me and in the distance of the parking lot I saw a magical moment. My ex-girlfriend was making out with her new, abusive boyfriend in his car.

problem with prom was it was one of the most miserable experiences of my life, and as a consequence, when it came time for graduation, another event that soured my senior year, i went and got ridiculously drunk at my friend's house with a couple of friends while the rest went to dave & busters or some shit and of course the rest of my friends went drunk so why the hell didn't i go to that instead?
i feel as if every choice i make is the wrong one.
on the other hand the after-party for prom was pretty kick ass, but i was the only goddamn person that stayed sober because everybody else was shitfaced drunk so i was the damn babysitter that night.
