    Exhausting Coorneeq, Gral, Lazar, and Sakulag (5 resources), spending two trade goods, and using the red technology bonus on Coorneeq.


    Pretty sure this is right, but it's been a long time please feel free to check me.

    Also, we're using the base technology tree (no ADT), right? And the reqs for Cybernetics are Antimass Deflectors OR Stasis Capsules, not AND?
