Two bearded, pudgy, middle-aged men were sitting in front of a large viewing screen. They were both writing notes on the film they had made together, in relative silence, before one of them spoke.
"We need more ninjas in this," George Lucas said.
Steven Spielberg snorted in derision. "That's...not really related to this plot, George. Like...at all."
"So? Ninjas make everything better. But we have to give them really easy to remember names, like Wang, or Hung."
"That's not...but...George, just go and sit over there. You're not helping, and you haven't been for a while."
"THAT'S IT!" George stood up in a rush, throwing over his chair. "You've held me back for the last time! I want complete creative control over this!"
Steven laughed. "Do you know how quickly you'd tank this? It's not related to Star Wars, so you have no clue what you're talking about."
"Ok...so we will fight over this, then." And then he clapped his hands twice. The screening room disappeared, slowly replacing itself with a large, enclosed structure. Lucas and Spielberg were moved suddenly to two spectator podiums.
"We'll let our work speak for itself," Lucas said with a nefarious grin.
Soon, the enclosed area began populating itself with all of the characters the two had created over the years.
Spielberg grinned. "Looks like you're a bit short on the roster there."
"It won't matter! I WILL CRUSH YOU!"
Steve only grinned. "Let's do this."
What is this?
This is a mini Phalla for 25 players. For the basic rules, look here.
And you're running it? Uh oh...
Relax! This is is...mostly...by the book! To make you feel better: There are no conversions. There are no resurrections. It's just a straight village v. mafia game. In case you couldn't infer from the narration, Spielberg's characters are the village, and Lucas's are the mafia.
But I LIKE George Lucas' stuff!
I like some of his stuff too. That doesn't mean that I can't lovingly poke fun?
...Fair enough.
Vote close will be at 10 P.M. CST. Minimum activity is one vote and one non-vote post each day. People will get one inactivity warning, before they are replaced. Vote in bold red, ask clarifications in bold orange. Do not copy-paste, directly quote, screenshot, or otherwise show people your actual role PM. 1 ghost post, but keep all game info out of it. No talking on proboards when you're dead. Speaking of proboards: if you make one, send me a link to it. You can put any orders for powers you have on the proboard. No anonymous contact or ghosting. If you are talking to someone, they have to know your forum handle.
Also, and probably most importantly, I'm not going by what characters the acclaimed directors have created themselves, but by what they've had influence in at all over the years. If I were to go by only characters they've created by themselves, this game would be a lot shorter.
