If you have fireballs throw them, medium and hard slides have a high hitbox on the feet so you can be hit by fireballs. All the slides are unsafe on block, so I would c.lk to avoid the command throw mixup.
So was it a command throw you kept nailing me with when I would block your slides? I thought it was just a regular throw.

That was a regular throw, however I have been working on doing a command throw there instead of the regular one.

Then I guess I was getting screwed by lag because I'd try and low M after block and would end up getting tossed. I think a jumping fierce or something was probably a better idea.

If you're aware enough that your move is unsafe to start crouch teching then you should be aware enough to not just throw out unsafe moves

BTW Super Gen Fighter IV: Ass Edition is a lot easier now

Finally got to play around in sf with baroque this weekend. Ibuki is fun
Also managed to finally nail down some Spencer stuff so that is exciting.
I would think Spencer skills would be somewhat similar to Ibuki. You're essentially doing the same inputs when you do OTG combos with Spencer when you do Ibuki's jumping cross-ups.
Finally got to play around in sf with baroque this weekend. Ibuki is fun
Also managed to finally nail down some Spencer stuff so that is exciting.
I would think Spencer skills would be somewhat similar to Ibuki. You're essentially doing the same inputs when you do OTG combos with Spencer when you do Ibuki's jumping cross-ups.
Watching some ibuku play, this seems to be a least a little true. The type of play Spencer uses with grappling hook OTG combos looks very similar to the setups for ibuku's kunai traps, at the very least.
Hopefully next check I can grab AE and hop online with you guys
