I'm currently running what I call my Battle Rifle spec
WA2000/PSG-1 with Acog + Extended Mags
Scav Pro
Warlord
Tac Mask Pro
Grenade/semtex - Nova - Motion Sensor
Works pretty well if you play it safe. Dual ASP or CZ Full Auto until I can steal a better weapon. Be better once I unlock Warlord Pro but I've been on a bloody drought of grenade kills lately. Always hits but never a kill.
My srs bsns class has flak jaket pro.
I don't think flak jaket pro gets enough love.
My last few prestiges have been flak jacket only. I use flak pro, hardened pro, tac mask pro with an m16/acog. It's called the Honey Badger. He don't care. Honey Badger don't give a shit. I never run ghost. I really like being immune to everything that ghost isn't immune to.
I just prestiged and spent the last 40 levels this weekend with lightweight pro and marathon pro. Flanking everybody everyday.
Anyway, I don't know how people do so well in this game. I upgraded my internet from 2.2down, .8 up to 30down, 4up and didn't really see an appreciable difference. Also, when I host, I'm at a big disadvantage. I can tell when I'm playing on my host as opposed to anyone else's, it's that big a change.
There's also a difference in connectivity between daytime and nighttime play. Further, it almost always feels like half the match has good latency and it drops off at some point during the match or vice versa.
Here's a couple of survival clips. One with a double kill from one steakhouse shell:
I do have two species of them in my backyard. The one everyone thinks of, and a smaller, brownish one with dark bands on the legs. Both have that sexy red hourglass, though.

I love Hardline, since I'm not an especially strong player and it's nice to get at least a chance at getting some of those middle of the pack kill streaks. I also have a Flak Jacket class I always use for Domination. Saved my ass lots of times.

bros, I've been away from Bros of Brody for too long. What Bro of Brody game are people playing nowadays? Modern Brofaire? Bro Ops? I'd like to get my bro on tonight but I can't stand playing the game without PA bros in the lobby too.
I think Hardline would be better if it went back to having the pre-patched bug of rerolling Sentry Guns and SAM turrets in addition to Care Packages. To sweeten the deal a bit more, allow Hardline Pro users to grab contents super fast, regardless if it was your own package, a teammates, or an enemies.

You're right, just ran a test and it shows I have 13 megs down and 0.2 up O_o
Restarted my router and modem and now it's showing I have 20 down and 7 up. This started happening when I switched to WPA security, so I'm guessing I needed to restart my router afterward. Maybe now I'll notice a more consistent connection.
I ended up having to wait till Friday to get the new DLC, but I finally got some games in on the new maps over the weekend. Here's me bumbling around trying to figure out Hazard.

I just played a Domination game over lunch, and probably had my most fun/best game ever. Joined on Stadium, out numbered 4 vs. 6, being dominated and losing 24 to 70.
I went 31 - 16 with 7 captures and 12 defends, and we won. I usually don't save clips but I kept that one.

Besides the fact that the game crashes every time I get host if there are more than 6 incoming connections
Even in Wager Matches when I get host, MY connection sucks.
Like, 4 hit markers with a stakehaus and no kills, bad.
But that might simply be because the Steakhaus is fucking awful.
