The digitized fighters of the Mortal Kombat era weren’t much for preposterous character design. Sure, there’s the intensely stereotyped Way of the Warrior lineup and the sheer horror of Tattoo Assassins, but it was difficult to pull off elaborate stupidity when a game’s characters were all motion-captured actors given once-overs in MS Paint. With Kasumi Ninja, however, Atari managed to pull off both an amazingly bad Mortal Kombat retread for the clearly doomed Jaguar and a remarkable representative of all things Scottish.
Angus MacGreggor’s backstory is uncreative at best: he’s a highland blacksmith from Loch Katrine, and he likes going around to pubs and starting fights so much that he’s soon left with no opponents. Enraged (as those feisty Scots are wont to be), Angus sets out in search of a truly challenging opponent, putting him against characters with names like “Thundra, the Amazon Queen.” Yet there’s one memorable thing about Angus: his obligatory fireball attack, which he unleashes by hiking up his kilt and letting his Scottish pride fly forth. It’s the highlight of Kasumi Ninja and, indeed, the Atari Jaguar’s entire library.
But back when they were brainstorming design ideas for the character, they came up with all sorts of hair and clothing ideas, with a few ones borderline NSFW.
Taekwondo in that full-length chima would have been interesting.

I am thinking in less than a decade ladies will not wear clothes but handbras, hair, bits of random scenery-appropriate debris that happen to fly by in just the right places and maybe some lens flare
I get home from work about midnight to 1 AM, catch up on DVR'd TV shows of the day, monitor the nation's political landscape, level up my worgen's archaeology skill a bit, then sleep until 4 or 5 PM and head back to work.
Also is that Hero a real thing? Why does he even have the skin? It looks like he's a robot under that bit too

I mean, it is known that saijin hair doesn't grow out, it just gets to its predetermined length and stops. That is the actual in-continuity explanation for why Goku and Vegeta's hair lengths never changes over time, but Gohan's and Trunks' does (because they're half human). So it would be impossible for Vegeta to grow facial hair since he never had any to begin with.

They're big but I'm not certian that's really a threshold crossing bustline.
