    So, I have a "Rogues Col Roule" for trade, two really as I never really play spy. I don't know why I gambled... I did...

    So.. quick question from someone returning to TF2 since some time back. Does the drop system work for medics if you do healing exclusively? Or do you have to actually kill someone?

    It is completely random. Nothing you do have any influence on the system. The drops are just shown to you when you die.

    Drops have nothing to do with kills. You just get them every so often while you play. Though there is a cap on how many you can get in a week.

    probably grinching it up this time. I can't say for sure but if they were gonna give us all a free key it would have been on the 4th probably.
