    The later vote close is ideal for me, since I work evenings and get off at 11pm EST. And since I work evenings, I stay up late. (Well it's sort of the other way around; I'm nocturnal by habit, so I looked for an evening job. :P)

    But it is HIGHLY encouraged.

    Also, in order to get your day 1 grudge out of the way, we actually have to get to Day One.

    Oh, side note. While encouraging people to post in character, please remember that any form of 'code' (ie anything the mods can't read and translate themselves easily) will get us into trouble. An occasional Old English word/spelling should be ok, but don't post an entire post as if you're Chaucer. You don't want to get me shut down, do you?
