Erm... if not, they're not true masons, but something else, right?
I would venture a guess to say that if your role PM says you can trust someone, then you can trust that they're on the same side as you. Otherwise, trust no one.

Same side for how long...?
Good point. I keep forgetting about the possibility of conversions. Damn.
Given this, I would think that anyone who thought it was suspicious is in fact probably evil, because the other mighty villagers will understand the mass concern. I would retract kime, but the poetic justice of his being evil in my first game and me defending him is too great a risk, and none of my accusers are near the vote threshold. And, my guess is it's almost certainly not Baidol.
How cute. Just because somebody found something suspicious about something you said or asked does not make them mafia.
Further, you should refrain from asking odd clarifications, just like Lucedes did.

I was adored by the ladies and envied by the men of the world! No bull ever placed a hoof upon my person!
But all that was taken away from me! Taken by those cursed scientists! Those who believe themselves to be our betters!
They took my head and placed it upon the body of a bull, and laughed as they did it! I awoke in horror to find myself a monstrosity! In one, last humiliation, the head of the bull that once belonged to me was attached to MY BODY!
The desecration of the temple of my flesh MUST. NOT. STAND. They put both of us into the same cell, perhaps in an attempt to get us to slay each other for their research. Instead, we came to an agreement. We would stand together and end those who would play God!
Stand together, fellow victims, for Alegis is my mason partner and your network head!
Vigilantes, PM Alegis and call your kills, while the witching hours lasts!
The first few hours outside of the cells were extremely chaotic. Almost all of the subjects had been kept in complete isolation and had lost whatever social graces they once possessed. Grief at lost lives and confusion at new bodies quickly turned to rage, directed almost aimlessly. Subjects smashed computer consoles and shattered microscopes in impotent outbursts. Soon, they turned on one another.
Their first victim was The Reverse Minotaur, who’s head was grafted to the body of a bull. He was overheard saying he didn’t mind his new body: he had huge muscles and testicles bigger than a man’s head. What more did he need? He paid for this mild defence of the experiments with his life.
The crowd turned from the bludgeoned bull to an even stranger sight. A flock of geese was running down the hall, screaming in a human voice, pursued by a swarm of killer bees. The bees stung the entire flock to death in less than five minutes, before retreating into a ventilation shaft. The crowd proceeded to pluck and roast the geese.
Later, they heard wild screaming coming from an auxiliary lab on the second floor of the facility. Inside, the subjects found only a human skeleton which appeared to have been smashed, or perhaps trampled, into tiny fragments.
Reluctant to return to their cells for sleep, the subjects began searching for warm, secluded rooms. In one, they found the body of an eyeless man covered in small puncture wounds. Nearby, they found two eyeballs with butterfly wings sewn to them. There was a smile on his face.
The next morning, they found the following scrawled on the wall in thick, dripping paint:
Gaze on my words, but do not despair.
We're under grave threat, but of that, you're aware.
Listen to me, I won't lead you astray.
I could even teach you to bake a souffle.
My words will protect you, and show you the light.
They reveal the difference betwixt left and right.
The tricksters have miles of their own ballyhoo,
So I frankly ask, are they smarter than you?
