If you're hunting the elusive cookie, the hashtag that gets the most use is #cookiebrigade. I'm going to make a serious effort to hashtag any location I'm going to be working for more than a few moments.

What's the deal with hashtags? If I search for a word, I find tweets that contain that word even if it's not prefixed with #. So why should I use # and what words should I put it on?

Greetings from Salt Lake City! Me and my fellow Big Shiny Robots/Rotten Musicians will be at PAX PRIME all weekend (August 25th-28th). I've never been to Seattle so this should be a BLAST! I don't tweet much these days, but I suspect I'll tweet more when I have something interesting to say (at PAX), rather than spending my whole day tweeting for work (yeah, that was my awesome summer job).
I only tweet stuff related to my gaming, mostly tracked by raptr. For actually interacting with me, I recommend adding me to a Google+ circle. If you want me to add you to one of my gaming circles (so you actually see stuff I post) send me a message too.
It's been a while since I had posted on PA, I think I might have been on the previous TS meetup lists as @AlphaTwo (which is defunct). Hopefully the WiFi will hold up for me to tweet this time.
I'll probably be more prone to tweet than post on G+ but it all depends on my connection speed which hasn't been historically very good inside the convention center.
Still trying to work out a few kinks in getting the text to fit nicely, but overall it's working and looking the way I plan for it to when finished.
It's monitoring Official_PAX, plus all the various hashtags for this year. Retweets show up bigger and stay up longer the more popular they are. Official tweets are even larger (and stay up even longer).
EDIT: Oh yeah, and for the best experience, use Chrome or Safari. Firefox/IE/etc don't support the CSS3 animations I use.
