I would say the bigger issue is just that creating (good) story stuff takes a lot longer and more expense than just shitting out Random_Kill_Quest_A23D6F...
So the question is if they can continue to produce good content at whatever the main chunk of the playerbase considers a decent pace.

Putting emphasis on story over gameplay only matters if you can meaningfully affect the story.
I disagree with this completely. To me, story gives context to the gameplay, a meaning, purpose, driving force for playing the game. The fact is that gameplay without story bores the hell out of me and won't keep my attention for very long. To me, putting the emphasis on the story gives me reason to keep playing a game, whether I can affect the story or not.

The beginning of both words would sound the same.
Consul, Council, Councel, And -or, -ar can also sound the same depending on how fast your saying it.
No can do. I am also from PA, and the beginning of both words do not sound the same to me. One is "Con" and one is "Cown." (or something very close to that)
And sadly, yes, I imagine I will be correcting as many people on the proper pronunciation of Consular as I had to regarding the spelling of Rogue.

I don't think the complaint from testers was the rail part, but the fact that you had to do the 1st one 20 times to be able to get to the 2nd.
for a mini game it looks fun, but I'm sure people look back at tie-fighter vs x-wing and sigh nostalgically.
