I'm looking for the guy who ran all of the D&D character tournaments last year. I know he handed out business cards on the last day, but I can't for the life of me find the one he gave me. Can anyone give me a hand?

Also, any people here know if there were any rule changes? I know there should've been, but I'd like to make sure.
