I think the 25% only counts if you buy it during the trial.

Technically they are all 25% off, but only if you make a decision within that weekish period.

You already have the file in your tf2 folder!

I don't know how it works, but at the very least you need to download the Source SDK. But I doubt it would get bought since it's mostly someone else's work.

so since they made purchasable items craftable I went and bought a few scout packs, because for the cost of two keys I can combine some hats and get some scrap.
