Power Supply Suggestion Request.

I read the main sticky regarding computer builds (amazing post by the way), and I decided to settle on a corsair modular power supply. Before placing an order though, I wanted to voice my current selection to see if I am heading in the right direction.

I'm currently running a very old power supply that I've had for years. It's non-modular, low wattage, and frankly caused an absolute mangled mess on the inside of my case, preventing air flow and making it a nightmare to keep clean.

My setup is somewhat dated, I'm running an AMD Phenom II X4 810 2.60 GHz Processor, on a Gigabyte motherboard with an ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series card. I currently only have 4 gigs of ram in this thing, but may consider upgrading it when and if I decide to swap out my motherboard for something that supports DDR3 (thinking of going Intel).

So after cruising Newegg, I found a couple of options which looked reasonable:
(850 Watt TX) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139029
(750 Watt TX) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139030
Or do I just splurge on this:
(750 Watt AX) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139016

Suggestions?

I have never owned a modular power supply, do I also need to purchase all the extensions or do they come with the supply?
