Since I know people like good deals and like to support indie game developers here, I thought I'd bring this to everyone's attention.

From the FAQ:
What is Indie Royale?
Indie Royale is an indie game bundle website that offers up four top-quality indie titles every two weeks for you to purchase at seriously silly prices. All you need to do is pay the price stated - or pay more - and the four games currently featured will be yours to keep forever.
The website has been set up by the creators of leading independent video game editorial site IndieGames.com and the makers of notable online download service Desura as a joint venture. We know our indie games (a little too much, some might say) and we know the games that are worth playing.
The point of Indie Royale is to put the spotlight on those indie titles which provide fantastic experiences, but may well have been passed over by a good portion of the mainstream gaming public. If you purchase an Indie Royale bundle, you can be safe in the knowledge that you're not only getting four brilliant indie games - you're also supporting worthwhile developers.
How long do bundles run for, and how often do new bundles appear?
Indie Royale bundles run every two weeks, and run for a period of five days each. A resting period of nine days is taken in between each bundle.
Why does the price of the bundle keep changing?
As people buy the bundle, the minimum price for the bundle rises, and you'll have to pay over this amount if you want to purchase a bundle of your own. However, people can also pay over the minimum amount to knock the price down (see the question above for details on that). Hence, the current price will keep changing as the week goes on!
Steam, Desura, Windows, Mac, Linux. Why do all the games have different versions available to download?
As part of the Indie Royale service, we try to offer as many different versions of each game as possible. If a game has Mac and Linux versions available alongside the Windows versions, we will make sure to offer these as part of your bundle. The majority of bundled games will also be available via the Desura digital distribution platform, so that you can keep all of your games together in one place - a Desura key will be provided in these cases so that you can activate your games via Desura. Finally, if any games are available via the Steam digital distribution service, you will also be provided with Steam keys to activate your games via Steam.
I haven't played half of the current bundle, but it's well worth it for Sanctum alone. Great FPS/Tower Defense hybrid (that recently got a big update with lots of new stuff).

I got in on it early and ended up paying less for the whole pack than I did Sanctum when I bought it in a 4-pack during the summer Steam sale. Sanctum is indeed great. ARES is a holdover I've been interested in since the summer sale and I bought the pack primarily for that. I guess it's kind of Metroid-esque, but it looks more reminiscent of Gunstar Heroes or Contra to me. Nimbus sounds somewhat interesting, and Gemini Rue sounds utterly fantastic. It looks like an old LucasArts point and click (literally) noir in a Blade Runner-esque setting. I'm waiting until they get Steam keys for GR (which they've confirmed are coming) before playing it, though.
It should be noted that you get Steam keys for each individual game and not for the whole bundle. So if you already own Sanctum, for instance, then you give the extra key to someone instead of it getting eaten up. This is something I really, really wish the HIB bundle would do and is a great move on their part.
It's worth following the bundle on twitter (indieroyale). They've been providing steady updates regarding technical issues all day. Chances are the issue you're having has been addressed by them on it. The site actually went down for a bit earlier due to traffic, and there's been some funkiness with Steam keys, but they've acknowledged and provided updates on these and other issues all day. Still working out the kinks and all that.
Sites back up but steam codes are down. Desura and standalone downloads work though.
Really excited to start playing Gemini Rue, I loved Beneath A Steel Sky and it looks awfully reminiscent.
edit: A new bundle every 2 weeks? I work in two week rosters, so potentially for the next 8 weeks at least I'll have 4 new games to try out each time I'm home, for the princely sum of a sandwich and a drink! Most excellent
DLC keys won't be up until the current issues with Steam keys has been resolved, though.
Also, My Nimbus key was "used" when I ordered the bundle. It is now fixed! So if you had problems with a key earlier, maybe try it now.

I love the bundle previews on the site. The next one has me really excited - "The Difficult 2nd Bundle"
Four really difficult games? I wonder what they will be? VVVVV, SpaceChem. Dwarfs!?! and Super Meat Boy maybe?

STILL! Good fucking deal and I'm looking forward to more of these deals every two weeks.
The way it's worded on the Bundle page makes it look like additional keys will be listed on the download/key page.

I'm a little disappointed it seems to be one every two weeks or so, but I guess they can't handle all this traffic every day

They were saying one piece of Sanctum DLC for every 10k bundles sold, but after 20k they're saying that the next DLC will be when they reach 70k.
That was about 6 hours ago.

Figured I'd just go ahead and put that out there.
If everybody just bougt for a little above the minimum the price would be controlled and more people would get a better bargain. This sale makes me depressed with human nature.

Where is the website based? Maybe that has something to do with it?
