dunno if you meant a physical copy or not, but anyway, physical copies come with a miniature "camp gambino" postcard you can use to get some free songs online and i guess certain ones come with this

also - it seems some people were under the impression that I was dissing that guy in the video, I didn't even watch it. I was just commenting on how long it takes to make a sword.
Anyway, eat it.
There wasn't any Tetris-like mode where you keep playing faster and faster to see how far you can get before you lose. It was always against a CPU opponent (or other player). More like Puzzle Fighter.

That's not the impression people were getting from your posts. Or we're still getting for that matter.
I gotta admit, it's kinda funny to see people who are making fun of someone get owned with facts. Can't even touch a Japanese topic without the hordes of nerds desperate to feel better then a different type of nerd crying about Wapanese.
Actually looking into it more it seems the time is variable. Traditional ways take weeks upon weeks of construction, forging and the final act of polishing. Could this amount to six months? Most likely. But giving it such a definite time frame is impossible with any kind of handcrafted art such as this. It boils down to a number of factors including technique, materials used, the quality of the resulting blade and the skill of the craftsman. These are people making such objects, not machines.
Saying it takes six months and not accepting any other kind of time frame is silly, especially when you're basing it off one source from a little over 4 years ago.
You know... I haven't read any of his other posts? He could be a silly goose who meant it literally takes exactly
4283 hours for every single katana ever made, however i'd take a guess he meant to say "up to" or "around" as that would make more sense then the alternative.
It takes six months to make an actual katana sword.
See the problem is that he just left it at that. No elaboration, no further posts on the matter except to laugh at the idea of a $200 katana (which is amazingly cheap).
And he says this after a video showing a traditional craftsman who has obviously spent less than half an entire year to make one sword.

Never played the original Columns, but I did come across this variant in an arcade when I was over in Japan.

Not every katana is going to have that level of work put into it
A new age.
This is great.
