I'm being asked to make something like a program. Cover, Table of contents, lots of sponsor pages which usually consists of a photo and a message. All color. To be submitted to a print shop like kinkos to be printed and staple bound. Out of the MS Office Suite, would powerpoint be the correct choice for making this?
Depends on the complexity of the material, honestly. If you have access to the program, you should use MS Publisher for anything like that. If you don't, I would actually recommend MS Word, if it's a normal paper-sized program. You can make columns and format the writing much better in Word than you can in PowerPoint.
