I figure it was that time again...

Sunday, my hotel night. Instead of fighting all the things to do at pax, I figure might as well turn it into a cooldown party for those leaving monday morning.

I am still down with bringing my snes with street fighter 2 turbo and a few other competetive snes games for fun in the console freeplay area if that is once again available.

To get into the sunday party, Bug me or any of the people staying in my hotel room. I will be very visible again this year. Pimpsuit + shiny shirt = blind pax attendies.

uh, I looked. Didn't see it. I didn't want to necro post that one anyway since my conditions changed.

Back on topic, Does anyone know if console freeplay will be open to bringing your own console in?

I'm also not bringing my lcd monitor either. I will either have to hack the tv at my hotel room or find some other way. I'd rather not do that but I'm sure I could do a non-destructive removal. I'll just need to remeber my torq screwdriver set.

you're right, it looks like a lot of thread have been deleted for some spring cleaning. but yeah, we were talking a lot about this a while back. i'll definitely be bringing some consoles. I think i might even do some special customization just for this pax.

I would consider it a classic machine. Lots of great titles that shouldn't be missed. I just wish the controllers didn't suck as much.

Virtual on + twinsticks on the dreamcast? priceless.

Count me in, I have four twinsticks. Official Japanese SEGA-manufactured ones, too.

And even more Dreamcasts, but there really isn't any reason to bring more than one if others are too.

Have you made it to the Vs cable between 2 dreamcasts with 2 tvs and 2 copies of virtual on setup?

I've been meaning to but the VS cable is basically the only DC accessory I don't have.

Seriously. I've got a bunch of microphones, keyboards, mice, the DreamEye, but no VS cable. It has thus far eluded my iron grip.
