recognizably modern town planning is a fairly recent mode of thinking, really
is there any authority in the US which still undertakes this on a regular basis? I mean, besides hamhanded attempts to subsidize X in general or preserve the existing zoning code left over from goodness-knows-when?
Ruralization? No, not really, though rural living is tremendously subsidized by those of us living in cities, and there is a lot of NIMBY involved in trying to get any sort of high-density housing built anywhere (for instance (possibly NSFW ads)). But no, there's no, like, concerted effort to do that sort of thing.

I really liked Black Summer too! Supergod is my favorite though because creating alien super beings and having them wreck your shit because of your hubris is really cool though. They're so creepy. They look human, they look like superheroes in comics, but their thinking is completely alien.

I'm thinking consciously planned cities like Milton Keynes and such, not the preservation of a largely indirectly-subsidized flight to suburbia.

Carrot is trying to get a job at a words on paper company so he is putting together a package of materials to send in as an application but he needs questions of the political nature to answer in order to showcase his knowledge and writing ability.

if you liked contemplating alien morality, there's this. There's also the Blindsight novel but I found that one impenetrable instead...

Too unsubtle.
Gonna stay at home and play bass and drink beer.
So you fuckers are stuck with me.
Turned down that booty call to stay home and play your hentai game. I am disappointed.
Play bass!
I am done with that game. It made me fucking depressed.
Hahahahaha.
You don't want this Sarks.
Trust.
I found Supergod and No Hero too arbitrary, but Black Summer was kind of nice after reading post-Ellis The Authority.
No don't feel depressed Elldren! It's not really a big deal, really. The game just put me in a mental funk. These moods come and go.
Don't tell me that I am making you sad because that would make me sad. :P

Minions! Fetch me some fresh entertainment!
and you just were reading as sad
sorry to quote myself, but it is a little important
Why not?

That's fair. Oh drama.
Sarks: Trust.
Even though I'm supposed to go sleep now I will say that I didn't respond to this because I have no idea what it means
I have no idea what in the world you are looking for. App package for King Syndicate? What?
After what I did?
Don't try and hide your guilt!
