While looking through the files for the new Genkibowl DLC in expectation of next week I found some new info. DLC spoilers ahoy!
* The yarn ball has mayhem in its name (Ball_Mayhem.bnk_pc) which leads me to believe that the Sexy Kitten Yarngasm (did I really just type that?) is a variation on the Mayhem activity
* There are references to Escort related to genki and the car (Escort_Genki.bnk_pc) which is further evidence that the pic with Genki in the backseat is a variation of Tiger Escort. My guess is that you have to keep Genki happy by lighting npcs on fire with the mounted flamethrowers.
* Sad Panda, Angry Tiger, and Sexy Kitten look to be all new gang customization types in addition to being extra outfits. There is also gang_male_bobby but I have no idea about him.
gang_female_angrytiger.str2_pc
gang_female_kitten.str2_pc
gang_female_sadpanda.str2_pc
gang_male_bobby.str2_pc
* There is a reference to "Human Torch Panda". Human Torch is the engine name for Trailblazing so one of the activity likely involves a variation of that with the mouse ATV referenced as the verminator.
* There are new vehicles referenced with some guesses
l_dlc1_genkimobile.str2_pc <- Flamethrower mounted Genkimobile from the pic?
car_4dr_genki.xtbl
l_dlc1_verminator.str2_pc <- Mouse ATV?
l_dlc1_yarnie.str2_pc <- Ball of Yarn?
car_4dr_compact01_yrn.xtbl
sp_mdsphere_genki.xtbl <- Might be a 2nd variation of the yarn ball? In vanilla, sp_mdsphere was the original steel ball that crushes Loren in the cutscene and was actually considered a vehicle in the game code.
l_dlc1_criminal.str2_pc <- next 3 are all gang vehicles so probably some kind of different version of them or possible update?
l_dlc1_kayak.str2_pc
l_dlc1_solar.str2_pc

Is love/hate relationship bugged or am I doing it wrong?
I tried taunting/complimenting enemy gang members and have well over 50 with each. I did the same with my own gang members and still nothing.
The achievement? Yeah, it didn't pop up for me either, on Steam. Even though I did complete the challenge for taunting 50 gang members. In fact, I remember the achievement stat tracker thing prompt saying I was at 40/50 for the achievement, but I never got it even though I crossed 50 waaaaaay back. It's the only achievement I don't have. Sucks.
My friends and I made a video about Saints Row. Well mainly because we're doing a play thing of it for this week. But we did a skit for it as a joke leading up to the gameplay. I'll post it here. Maybe some of you guys will get a kick out of it.
Love hate relationship always showed up glitched in the achievements list until I got it, so it might just be really buggy. I was lucky enough to get it though.
Well, hopefully they already have alot of content done for SR3. I mean, Since Genkibowl is coming out in two days, I'm pretty sure that's still happening.

Oh, 2014 and beyond? That means the season pass folks are fine.
Still, sucks.

Well, not necessarily. If they're trying to desperately stay afloat, spending valuable resources on DLC will be low on their list of priorities.

Also, contrary to popular belief, devs don't actually cut out finished parts of the game so they can sell them as DLC, so there's no guarantee that the game will get any DLC beyond Genkibowl.

Well, like I said in the VGI thread I can't say I'm surprised.
After three simultaneous bombs last year (Homefront, Red Faction: A, and Space Marine). I do wonder what will happen to Saints Row and Darksiders though.

What's sad is that when they make original games, they turn out fairly good. But Homefront always gave me this vibe of an also-ran, Red Faction drastically changed the formula from the earlier ones from everything I heard, and Space Marine likely didn't get nearly enough coverage and probably also got labeled as a GoW clone.
Not that I've played any of them and can comment directly. THQ owns Yukes as well, right? WWE: All Stars looked fun as hell, but the serious wrestling game? Not so much. =(

If they are canceling projects for 2014 and beyond, and all the DLC is slated to come out in 2012, this affects it how exactly?
Is there any way to kill matt miller on the xbox 360 version of the game without having to delete everything on my hard disk or whatever to get rid of the patch? He keeps on despawning and the only advice I can find to resolve the problem is to do something odd to the 360 hard disk which will delete all the patches off it, kill him offline, and then go back online. Since there has only been one patch and the bug is utterly game breaking there must be something else that can be done to deal with this....

THQ isn't cancelling all their products for 2014.
Basically, they're downsizing their casual(read shovelware) departments, so they can focus more on making "AAA" titles.
