More Avengers research: Places

Hi

I asked a few Avengers-related questions a few months ago, for a game I'm working on.

Development has moved on, and the part I'm on now is Places. Iconic Avengers locations. I have some ideas of my own but I don't want to influence the thread, since I'm a little in awe of the comicbook knowledge round these parts.

I'm interested in places that are on Earth, and also places off in space, other dimensions and so on. Places which they have battled in and places where they don't.

Avengers Mansion is obvious, but which parts of the mansion are specially significant?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

    Also, almost every building Tony Stark has ever gone within 3 feet of has a basement full of Iron Man suits.

    It's his mutant power, he actually craps full sized suits of heavily armed powered armor.

    Where Thanos was fought in infinity gauntlet (all I know is its the last stage in Marvel Super Heroes)
    Home of the Inhumans

    Atlantis

    Oh it's going fine. I have no doubt in continuing it to the end, though of course I have doubts as to whether it's good or not. I really enjoy game design.

    I do worry it's too derivative of Thunderstone, but that's probably just me being perfectionist.

    Recently I've been learning more maths to do more probability work on numbers. Or rather, re-learning, since I am old but used to know fairly advanced maths.

    In the end, playtesting will be the thing that has me tweak the numbers, but the work I've done recently has helped me get a lot closer to sensible numbers.

    Breakworld is an X-Men location. I don't think the Avengers have ever been there. They've been to the Shi'iar home world, I think.

    That's a good idea about Asgard, but I'm trying to go for a generic classic Avengers, rather than the modern fallen Asgard.

    There's also The Negative Zone, it's not really space or earth, but kind of in-between.

    My space stuff is infected by GotGalaxy, they had some cool space locations , but don't think that's crossed into Avengers yet ( like Nowhere)
    Beyonder and the Battleworlds
    Latveria ( Doom's Country)
    The Watcher
    Maximum Security turned Earth into an intergalactic prison for a while
    Nefaria's Realm/Hell
    Hero's Reborn universe
    Attilan ( Inhuman's home)
    Kree homeworld note, Distance from Supreme Intelligence matters in some stories

    I imagine they fought Doctor Doom a fair bit so Latveria would be good to include.
