I opened it up today and I had an explosion of notes. I haven't had this many since winter break! Most of it is stationery swapping, though, which is exciting but less so than COOL NOTES FROM COOL PEOPLE.
To increase the number of COOL NOTES FROM COOL PEOPLE that I receive, I will add everyone I haven't added yet.
Was there a European stationary for Nintendo Direct? I got the Japan and America one. I also got the Zelda, Capcom, and that weird show one (the show that followed Japan's Nintendo direct).

Thanks for the stationery guys! It was fun getting all the new ones before even getting the official Swapnote from Aonuma. I tried to credit whoever I got the new ones from when I forwarded it to the rest of my friends.
The Zelda one is very nice in that pictures replace all the black background, so it'll be very good for sharing photos across Swapnote. I haven't tested the others yet.

What does swapping stationery mean? How do you know if you have any stationery?

Basically, after you send a few swapnotes, they allow you to use stationery, and there's maybe 20 different styles, but you have to buy most of them for 5 play coins each. But they've been sending out new stationery that auto-saves as available for you to use once you receive it.
