Hm, Obi, I am actually running into an issue that, as I paste cards from the deck into hands, eventually the hand cells become blacked out and unreadable. When I paste the 4th card from the deck into someone's hand the 1st row of the players hands become blacked out, 5th card the 2nd row becomes blacked out, and so on.

Make sure you when you paste from the deck that you choose "paste special -> values". If you just copy/paste, then you will also paste over the conditional formatting that blacks out the deck cards.
You might wanna start fresh because conditional formatting is tough to revert if you don't know excel.

B:L, I feel kind of weird invoking the 24 rule this early but... Hm, I don't know. I can sympathize with inactivity over the weekend (I work weekends myself, getting ready for work right now actually, which is why updates have been so dead).
If it is allright with you B:L, I will fire off some nagging PMs before I leave for work and if no activity has happened by the time I get back (i'll be at work so its not like matches could be occuring anyway) then your opponent will be DQ'ed.

Sorry all, it has been a busy few days here, and, as I thought I probably had a while until my game, I haven't actually read the rules yet. I'm involved in a lot of stuff anyway, so if anyone else is ready to step in for me, I'll bow out. Otherwise, I should hopefully have a chance to read and then make a move by late tonight or early tomorrow.
I was kind of hoping this wasn't going to happen at all but, it's been over 48 hours since it was your turn to submit orders blahmcblah, which is over double the time allotted. I have a lot of matches to get through for this tournament. Blahmcblah is eliminated from the tournament and B:L advances to the next round.

So long as I'm understanding correctly that it has no downside whatsoever if the opponent already has 2 rounds won.

You'll SUPER Lose and be the only person to lose 4 rounds.
Otherwise, the only drawback is not being able to use this ability again this round :P

Well, no reason to wait.
There is no possible way that Lum Bam-foo can block such a devastating attack and so he is vanquished.
Egos wins round numbers 1 and 2 (due to Raise the Stakes).
The board will be reset, and new hands will be dealt out shortly for round 3 (as soon as I learn to follow Obi's very clearly written directions).
