It's weird, when I logged in in around 7PM EST it had the background as the full moon but still couldn't get my costumes to appear. But when I logged in around 9-10PM it started to work. I guess it only works when its night time for PST people.
Yeah they sound neat. Probably pretty useful, just a pain to transfer between us.
Especially for doofuses that can't handle zip files. :rotate:
Instancing would actually help multiple people working on the same map, divide the map into large chunks and hand them out, everyone can be working at the same time. With some handy source control like svn or git or something you could even do nightly syncs!
I totally put like 5 minutes of effort into looking into dropbox or some sort of solution like that to keep a constant sync between us when we started trading a lot.
Seriously though, someone needs to organize a get together, preferably someone who knows the city and could book us a place to eat not too far from the convention center. So far the list is:
Bumping this, so I can organize the get together. I'm going to PM everyone on the list. Except Rakuen. And any further updates will be done in the SE++ TF2 thread.
If you're coming to PAX East, aren't on the list, and wanna to meet with us nerds you need to let me know.
It's coming... like most projects that seem like they will be straightforward in the beginning this one is turning into a complex nightmare... but I will deliver and explosion of some shape or form.

I was excited about the backpack until I saw it wasn't a misc but a secondary. It's not even good for huntsman so I guess I won't worry about not having an extra jar of pee around.
Well, since everyone else uploads videos, I might as well figure out how to do it... http://youtu.be/DvNitj3rYww
Yes, I know it's not that entertaining, but I'm just figuring out how to make replays, so shut your face mouth.
Of course Crash posts about the update, but doesn't actually restart the server when I'm not around.

You can build stuff on the grid and rotate it arbitrarily in the destination map, which is amazing.
We have to make another map after Stoneyridge just so we can use them.
Yup.

P.S. How's that explosion coming?

I never play Medic so when I have this good of a run, it must be documented.
ThatDude - Bullshit wallhax!! That was rad.
I say you install one of the high-res gibs mods and re-render that movie.

(this stuff is interesting because I want to try it sometime)
I'm coming.
Getting a good animation is tedious because of the setup required.
Getting the results into TF2 is the nightmare part.
BUT I WILL PREVAIL, I WILL TRIUMPH OVER THE MACHINES!

And a sniper backpack if you're into that sort of thing.
I'm watchin' you, Valve...

Screw you, Steam.
I know what it's saying, but I think it's more fun if everyone else checks too.
I don't know how to decode those. Off to Google!
Not like it was worth anything else...
A bunch of updates have said that in different languages. Now it's a QR code.
