It hasn't been said outright that prominent heroes have been replaced by Skrulls, but it's been strongly strongly hinted at by Bendis in inteverviews.

I have a nitpick about Armory's description; her weapon was actually a sort of symbiotic tech that could shape itself into anything she chose. I really thought it was a cool character idea, but they took care of that for me pretty quickly.

MVP is going to be quite important in the future. I mean
    he'll still be dead.

But I know he holds the key to the next incarnation of the Super Soldier Serum.

If they ever did make a soldier with the serum I would imagine Tony would either imprison him, recruit him, or take him down himself.

He's come to terms with Cap's death and knows that he shouldn't be replaced.

MVP doesn't have the serum in his body.

They can still clone him or turn him into a zombie, though.

I enjoyed the hell out of that Zombies mini then Marvel had to go all overkill with it 90's style.

My bet is thet the "Zombies" are actually steroid induced Uber Roid Rage victimes. This steroid was created by Super Pro and "Didn't Ever Happen Spider-Man" from Super Pro #1 and that issue of Transformers years back.

At some point I'd like to speak about suspected Skrulls ala McCarthyism but instead I'll ask the following:

Who do you expect to switch teams?

We all agree that Logan is leaving to go feature in the X-books, aside from that...

I wouldn't be surprised to see Spider-Woman switch sides, pherhaps at Fury's behest.

On the other side, like I said earlier... Carol seems to be getting fed up with Tony's bullshit (at least in her own book) although I guess it would be silly to make her leader and then have her change sides

Jessica Drew is the only one that could decide to register and have it make sense. Her background certainly fits the bill, and her connection to Cap seems to be the weakest. Luke and Danny are contenders in that department, but they already know what it's like to have their private lives endangered.

I don't really think anyone is going to defect, though.

Luke hes been written as so fiercly anti-reg to this point that defecting is just not possible I think. It would seem so out of character.

Unless Jessicas (Jones) asked him to do it, but she was pretty close with steve and I just dont see it.

I could see Spider-man re-registering just so MJ, and Aunt May can get some S.H.I.E.L.D. protection. And Spidey seems a bit overstressed lately as it is.

Though I hope if he does re-reg that he joins the Mighty Avengers, as Bendis writes such a good Spider-Man.

I doubt it, I really, really do.

I mean, there was a chance before Cap's death, but after that there is no way in hell he will go.

He definitely wouldn't buddy up with Tony again after he gave him a costume with a contingency plan if he tried to leave the registration effort, and siccing the T-bolts on him afterward.

Ture, but no one else on the New Avengers would even be possible.

    Cage is anti-everything these days
    Iron Fist is a no
Iron Man pissed Hawkeye off too much for him to come back.
    Wolverine is Wolverine
Dr. Strange is...well I'm not completely sure of how strong his stance is.

Spider-woman is the only other real possibility as she doesn't really have loyalties, and well there was that whole mini seizure she had two issues ago.

Yeah, some people in this thread didn't read Alias apparently, since she had a chance to expose Cap's secret identity and didn't.

And as far as the other teams, I don't see anyone in Mighty Avenger's switching sides. Carol may go solo and stay solo, but that's the most I see happening.

And it's inevitable that the Initiative will have an arc where one member says "Fuck this shit, I'm leaving" and the rest of them have to track them down. Justice maybe?

I can't be sure, but I don't think Tony was the one who sent the T-Bolts after Spider-Man. He's been shown to not be directly in charge of them (he's in charge of SHIELD, but the T-Bolts are direct US government), as indicated when they had a brief pissing contest when Stark interrupted the T-Bolts' attack on Nova.

It'd still be unlikely that Spider-Man would work with him again so soon, but I'm just saying that particular point isn't the issue.

IIRC, Tony turned over the search to SHIELD, and that lady (what's her name? The one running SHIELD during Civil War. The total bitch that ordered SHIELD agents to fire on Cap. That one.) activated the T-Bolts to bring Spidey in.
