Ha ha, idiots. My store is almost that bad... In our case it's more of "Oh hey, I'm available for these shifts, I need 35 hours+ a week, thanks" then you check the roster and it's 20 hours, 19 hours, 21 hours, 19 hours for the next 4 weeks...
