So April Fool's day. It's a shit excuse to dick people around and we know it, but the video game industry running on hype and nonsense 99% of the time anyway, does tend to create some amusing stuff.

The Sonic Retro forums have a pretty great one, if you're familiar with that fan project using DRM scandal.
On the Retro forums, type up, down, left, right, A, Enter to freeze the screen and get a "HACK DETECTED!" screen. :P
Oh brilliant

Yeah Toonami last night was amazing and horrible. Tom doing reviews, the end of the Cell Saga and the incomprehensible Tenchi Muyo. Nostalgia overload. They even had new Tom bumpers and this:

Yeah. ThinkGeek started making their April Fools joke a limited-run thing.. It's actually become the source of some of their wackiest stuff. There'll be a reveal and voting starting tomorrow.
I can almost guarantee those Creeper snacks will make the cut. They just look like reshaped Peeps, after all.

Oh and the Mass Effect 80s style cartoon. Which I would totally watch if it was real.

Google Maps has now been successfully deployed to the Nintendo Entertainment System.
Additionally, Really Advanced Search is now an option on Google.
Those guys think of everything.
For example, you can now also control the weather in your area if it displeases you.

And if this level of customization still isn't enough to satiate your control of things, there's now Gmail Tap.

That and the Technomancer Hoodie are the two I most wish were real.
PSN: Dyvion -- Eternal: Dyvion+9393 -- Genshin Impact: Dyvion
That should be a real thing. Minus the sulphur.
Disappointed in the lack of a dance mini game.
this one's real, actually.
Sometimes I Stream Games: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/italax-plays-video-games
I would buy that hoodie in an instant
The "running around in circles during the loading screen" bit got me.
Also the other people's expressions during the leap of faith.
I... but... it... *boggle*
Isn't that a feature? Not a joke?
Most of ThinkGeek's stuff this year should be real. I would buy the shit out of the technomancer hoodie and the ackbar singing fish.

Every year, I think. I know the Tauntaun sleeping bag was a huge one.
They had a tauntaun sleeping bag a few years back that they ended up selling because of silly demand.

And far less effective than the one that literally shreds banknotes on your bedside table. That shit gets you up.
and yeah, I'd say the marshmallow creeps are a shoe-in
Sadly, as usual I doubt it'll come in 4XLT.
