Sure, just like marksman, the cloak's weapon bonus is only useful for a select few weapons
compared to adrenaline rush, which is the best thing for all guns - more damage, reloads it.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind a better screen (cutting off the edges of the round clockfaces is pretty bad) or a metal case. No you wouldn't. That's an LCD screen, not e-ink, it uses way more power.
