    These kind of movies sadly need a more recognizable lead to help people disconnect from reality enough to enjoy them.

    It's also probably ideal for people to be drunk/high if you want them to get into a stupid movie about killing stupid people.

    It actually doesn't release in U.S. theaters until May 11, so I'm guessing at least some of those very few critics that have reviewed it are padding their reviews for some reason.
