Okay. So I just type them in and make them public? Was just wondering if there was some rule to keep just anyone from wondering in and spamming decks.
If not I'll get started on that tonight and start gathering image resources. I figure just go with simple photoshop for the board updates.
I don't believe there is any protocol you have to follow; just create a deck and make it public! I did this with a custom deck of chaos cards and had no complaints from anyone... yet.

I'm largely in favor of shady websites.
The main reason it's open is because I want as few barriers as possible in front of new users. I'd rather leave it open than be prematurely concerned about targeted spam.
It's either that or I'm just real lazy. The ultimate judgment is up to you.

If I'm reading those old GoT games right, the host was also playing via password protected order files? Is that still an option because I'd sure love to play too and it's not like there's a bunch of other GoT hosts to wait for another game.
I don't see why you wouldn't be able to play. Easiest way is to use an impartial referee that the host submits his orders to before everyone else sends theirs in to the host. For battles, the host and their opponent would each pick a third player to send their card to (by PM), then actually play the card from their hand afterwards. You'd have to promise not to peek at the event decks after shuffling them, but otherwise that should work fine.
Ive never played it but have pretty much always wanted too.

Cool, you two are in! Just to keep myself sane, I will accept only up to four players and two reserves.
The next two who are interested will be in the game starting in June.
I'll gladly take the second reserve spot, if you don't mind a completely newcomer to the game taking some time to read the rules..

You're in, Kirindal! Trust me, you will have plenty of time to read the rules before June.
Alright then, all spots are filled!
See you all in a month and a half...

To anyone who has an interest in Arkham Horror: There is like a 9-part youtube tutorial on how to play. I think they get a majority of the rules right, and it is very helpful to see it actually set up and explained as you'd see it if you were playing.
It runs about an hour long, but I recommend it.
If I wasn't on work internet I'd try to search it. Sorry!
Because this is a special game, I urge you to please read the OP. By playing in a PbP game, you could be depriving yourself of the very rich experience that Legacy provides with its physical set.

Note: SPOILER WARNING for that thread if you go past the OP. You've been warned!
