Little League? http://littleleaguecomic.tumblr.com/ I thought everybody knew about it, a couple others got posted here and in another thread a week or two ago! It is pretty much my new favorite thing in the world.

It's as joyful as Mini Marvels was, I await the introduction of lil' Hawkman with his nerf mace, and Green Arrow demanding healthier lunches and fighting big recess.
Because the reason I said on the last page: Is lil' Power Girl still lil' Superman's sorta-cousin in the Little League-verse? I mean, are you somebody's cousin if you're the cousin of their alternate universe self?
I MAY be overthinking this. POSSIBLY.

Still not sure how I feel about the version of the Joker in it.
I feel like I've seen enough of that Joker. A Joker with real estate holdings? A Joker that teams up with Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum to rob banks and carry out sacks of cash with dollar signs on them? A Joker that gets a literal swift kick in the butt from Lex Luthor at the end of the story?

Boo.
Well, yes, and, I agree with what you said, but at the same time he went and played gaudy, abrasive tourist in Metropolis in the worst 90's fashion imaginable, including, I believe, Tommy Hilfiger cargo shorts and a David Lee Roth t-shirt.
And the idea that you could actually embarrass Superman was one I hadn't actually seen before.
I guess the braying jackass elements were what really needed to go.
Although the overweight, shouty, insecure Lex Luthor in the stories was worse to me. And the robot hand? Why does Luthor have a robot hand?

Anyone have some awesome stuff of Taskmaster? I like what I've seen of him, but I don't know too much about what he's done specifically.
Taskmaster is kind of a tough guy to pin down with awesome moments, at least in the sense of one page to define him. He's more the kind who goes better on a whole issue and when you have a knowledge of the marvel universe in terms of heroes and powers. By himself he's kind of a cipher, he needs someone like Deadpool or being a teacher like he was to USAgent or Avengers Academy to really play off of his abilities. Even that moment I posted is more Taskmaster playing the straight man to Deadpool.
My favorite Taskmaster moment is when he and Eric O'Grady say "Screw it" to fighting the invading bad guy in Avengers Academy and sat down and watch "Chuck" on O'Grady's iPod together.

Still a little potentially creeped out by that.
Why?
Because the reason I said on the last page: Is lil' Power Girl still lil' Superman's sorta-cousin in the Little League-verse? I mean, are you somebody's cousin if you're the cousin of their alternate universe self?
I dunno, I'm with Gaslight on this
Yeah, you totally are.
How was Superman supposed to know? I mean, he's right; that is Batman's kind of thing.
"Ride or Die" confirmed Dominic Toretto, as they took off to find the Dragon Balls in hopes of reviving their friend Sonic
Superman just gave him a reminder of the single worst moment in his life.
He is lucky he came out of this unkyptonited.
That would have been kind of fitting though, really.
"Gee, thanks Clark. Here, have a piece of the old homestead, eh?"
cape-pockets, obviously.
I can't read any Batman comic without hearing Kevin Conroy.
Except Batman Odyssey. I hear Christian Bale in that.
you
you just improved Batman Odyssey
like
i thought it was amazing as is
but that's fucking perfect
/scowls
I'm keeping my eye on you.
A collection of Evan "Doc" Shaner's drawing of each member of the Agents of Atlas.
No you don't. You hear Christian Bale's hairy chest in that.
I have that comic.

Taskmaster: Unthinkable is pretty great. Slightly silly, but pretty great.

That's the reprint of the scene from Essential Silver Surfer Vol. 1 - the original color scene was Silver Surfer #18.
My god, what have I done with my life?
Something spectacular.
