I reject the premise of these winky faces; if you had a Filth you would have used it there. Unless you're saving it for... Estalia, perhaps, or saving it on the assumption that Kislev and/or The Empire might not fall this round.
Either way, I think with Vermin Outbreak it's suddenly your game to lose. Between failing to double dial in round 2 (and thus not having a 1-cost way of delivering 2 battle dice) and the glut of heroes in the middle of the board I think I'm looking at a strong second place.
