But slapping on a section dedicated to all the mean things people have said about you just seems like a really passive-aggressive way to acknowledge nonconstructive criticism and just makes you look spiteful. Like "Ha, look at all these people who didn't like my comic! Now you, my fans, can disagree with them all you want!"
It would be better to just keep it swept under the rug or let them comment like normal.
I think harping on a creator trying to make money off his work just because you think it's not good is ridiculous. Have as many opinions about the work itself as you want, but to say he doesn't deserve to be successful because he's not working hard enough to improve is the biggest bag of sour grapes I've ever heard.

I think the feedback thing is funny idea and one more way to glimpse the madness that flows all around us. I definitely don't think it would somehow make you look spiteful.

Re: resenting the success of mediocre artists - I think the more appropriate target for one's frustration is the audience that pays them to produce dreck. It's tempting to say that Cameron Davis doesn't deserve any money for his work when lots of other talented and hard-working artists are struggling, but he's not forcing readers to buy his stuff instead of someone else's. The people have spoken, and unfortunately a lot of them have shitty taste.
I do think it's reasonable to criticize artists for being lazy, and for sitting in a creative rut for a decade without making an attempt to improve their skills. You don't have to conflate that with the issue of financial success, though.
