I want Heart of the Swarm for the single player. I have no interest in the tourney scene or multiplayer really. But I enjoy the single player of Starcraft 2 a ton.

I believe this is still the meta and will probably forever be the meta with a few minor tweaks maybe. Nothing to really change the overall idea of it, but some minor things to make it further specific, like always having AoE farming mids who can clear waves and then gank. Kinda like for a little while it was really big to have a top laner who could push the lane really fast and then go counterjungle.

I don't see why you necessarily think the next big tournament will shake this lane set up though. This lane set up has endured through a good number of tournaments already. A lot of the variables shift around, like how aggressive you are (Moscow5) vs how passive, what kind of team comp do you build for (AoE team, etc). But. I dunno, I don't see this lane set up changing too drastically any time soon without changes being made to the game (which are being made all the time, of course).
I think that goes for LoL in general. It also depends on what jungler you pick. Nocturne tends to be a fun time even if you are losing because that ult is just hilarious.

Yeah, I think the big jungle changes were a good opportunity for things to shift and they really didn't, they just made gimmicky stuff possible/less hard.
