Most of the ones that are questionable are questionable because they're a little more obscure than the others. I'm perfectly fine with them if the people who selected the characters can explain what the characters are all about.

Bounty Hunter was a bad choice of words, yeah.
He became a Fear Agent, then a galactic exterminator, which was touched on in the first issue and in back-ups in later issues, but through a freak series of events he was thrown back into the Fear Agent business, yeah.
So, Drunken Texan Cowboy Adam Strange would have been a better description, yeah.
