He's never talked like he has an accent in any other version. There are other ways to imply he's hispanic without giving him an accent that would be insulting to Eddie Guerero.

Young Justice Blue Beetle is pretty cool and funny
but even more than that, he doesn't sound stereotypical and the occasional spanish word he says fits in well with his English
i get the feeling that catwoman is going to be cool but not very catwomanny
or at least the way i think of catwoman. but half the time catwoman in the comics isn't anything like how i think of catwoman.
Catwoman to me is a thrill seeker who doesn't really need what she steals she just wants Batmans attention. She's all about the image of a sexy thief . While she'is just as smart as Bruce she doesn't have his self control or moral code.
TAS sort of went that route towards the end.

he is an amazing artist, if you get past or embrace the WHORES WHORES WHORES stuff, Sin City has some of the best use of light and shadow I have ever seen, and I like how hew drew people in DKR and DKSA, even if Bruce, Marv and Hartigan have the same face, and Wallace is just the other guy from Sin City with a beard and long hair
