I like Gillen's idea that obviously he speaks perfect English, he just likes having an accent. And while it's a bit overly meta, I like the idea that he knows he's the not-lethal stopgap for superheroes, rather than an actual threat. Because obviously if he was a legitimate threat Captain America would be dead. And at least if he's just fist-fighting people, it's likely he won't get shot or ray-blasted or whatever.
And I really love Udon's Taskmaster's outfit. Wished it stuck.
The sad/funny thing is it wasn't due to popularity but rather a clerical error. After UDON did their series with that costume there was a mix up and the wrong costume character files were sent to the next guys on whatever project was next...which was the old pirate costume, from there it stuck for 'continuity sake'. Can't recall which artists my friend was talking to when he asked about this (At the Toronto comic-con a few years back). sign

would've hated for those two to have stayed dead
maybe Gillen will have them fight the new young hero team

Here's a hint ladies, check to see if your opponent is on a ledge before you engage.

THIS IS THE BEST I CAN DO
And, well, gravity.
Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe #1 was pretty good. It has more than a couple MOTW worthy moments.
A couple other worthwhile books are Think Tank and Hypernaturals, FYI.
Dude, Batroc is great. Here, read this: http://www.comicsalliance.com/2012/02/29/batroc-leaper-comics/
And for real:
He's just so fucking sanguine!

I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm not as eager to dismiss continuity as a lot of people.
But the pirate costume is awful.
