Vanilla Forum Eaten?

The vanilla forum has disappeared, however a direct link to it will still take you to the subforum. Is it being purposefully removed or is it just a bug?

If it is being removed, before it disappears for real, could we get chance to move some of the threads with good info to like the archives or something?

    Probably relatedly, said Vanilla forum now shows a SECOND link for "fixed, duplicate, or deprioritized" bugs at the top instead of just the one. That can't be right.

    Those are two different forums.

    I'm fairly sure us average users shouldn't be able to see one of them.

    Ooh, I didn't actually notice that there were only admin posts in that one. But I did notice the two links weren't duplicates, forgot to mention that.

    Well I guess since I made that post, things have changed a bit! The second link (admin reports)... is now not on the next line like it was before, it's on the same line. But still there. Welp. The fact that it moved is probably related to what looks to be a few general layout/backend changes (since it looks like titles have moved around a bit).

    Correct.

    Edit: No idea about where our forum went. My guess is that it got archived by Das Leadership.

    I suppose people have always had trouble with putting forum bugs in this bug forum instead, and now that Vanilla isn't a new thing around these parts there aren't a million bug reports about just the forums. So if it were intentionally taken out in favor of having everything be in here in the future I guess it wouldn't be so bad. Some of those stickies (Ye Olde Style in particular) would need to be moved in that case though.

    But this is just speculation until we get confirmation from somebody involved, obviously. :P
