Yes, with a quick verbal "boom." You take a man's peko, you deny him his dab, all that is left is to rise up and tear down the walls of Jericho with a ".....not!" -TexiKen
I been listenin to that History of Rome podcast
and no one really knows what Cincinnatus looked like
so why not a gaunt Tom Hardy with severe facial defects?
Winky, first thing that jumped out at me was the unfortunate, uh, placement of her knife. Thumbnailing beforehand is a good way to spot tangents and other composition problems (fingertips hitting the edge is another small thing).
Also, from a design standpoint, it isn't immediately apparent that the girl we are looking at is the one in the poster. The story is vaguely hinting at it, but the only design similarity at this point is that both are apparently female. If this is part of a larger story then it could work, but if it's a standalone the design needs to be a little more cohesive.
Those are just my two cents. It's looking pretty decent so far, so keep at it.

Mastery is the result of ceaseless error, combined with ruthless self-appraisal.
Yesterday, there was a Filipino Cultural festival in SF that me and a buddy of mine did some live painting for. I only had a few hours sleep, and the church that we were next to had really loud bells, so I decided to paint a bell-bot to vent my rage. My friend did the swirly bits. Only had 3 hrs to paint, and I was really burnt out (and sunburnt), so we didn't get to do too much.
for my next thing I wanted to do the character I was playing in nethack
there were two things I noticed here: the right arm looks wrong but I don't know how but I have a feeling it's a perspective issue, and the line separating the legs seems off. she's too tall and thin too but that's easy to adjust next time. the cape really gives her a super hero look too, it's supposed to be a cloak.
Ugh, I'm so goddamn tired of rendering those stupid rocks, and they still look like a butt-sandwich.
All in all i'm pleased with it, finishing the monster sorta took it out of me, so I think the ship and the rocks look kinda "blah". I might go tune them up in the future...
We shall see that at which dogs howl in the dark, and that at which cats prick up their ears after midnight.
@Shankbone I think it looks rather spiffy, especially about the ship I don't think there isn't anything to feel 'blah' about. And the depth and the monster are really well done. So in short... Me like.

Where can I see the uncensored version?
I made a fish, still very rough, I'm not sure what I need to do though, before I get into detail/cleaning...
you can find it by making a judicious but obvious adjustment to the image name.
In context, it was a perfectly rational picture.(I was an alternate for alternatingAberration)

I always play with colors that doesn't help me with the background

I've heard everything from beer keg to one of the portal robots.
Luxo Jr. makes me smile though... Since I think they'd have similar personalities.

Whoreray, I dunno if that's beavis and butthead batman and joker. But I like it anyways.
Robots, I want to fly to Australia for numerous reasons, but to go to an art show of yours would be up there on the list.
