The dances are race, not gender specific. The female norn dance is the same as the male's, although now that you mention it, it does look a little bit sped up in contrast to the male version.
As far as better screenshots, you could add -bmp to your executable's command line, but it looks like they got rid of the high-res screenshot option that was available in the beta.
Did a pretty amazing jumping puzzle last night. There was an area in the Asura zone that I had been wondering how to get to. Around midnight, right when I was deciding to go to bed, I learned of a secret passage...

So this happened.
I can't really play that well on high settings, but I'll swap them in when I want to take screens. After killing the veteran mob here, I decided to take some screens. And then some poisonous boss mob spawned, and instead of switching out, I decided to take advantage of the odd lighting.
For like 10 seconds and then it was all up in my grill ~ didn't die but ~
