Hey! I might wanted to have thrown a command counter away for that secondary!
Sooooo the plan was to use pick priority to reestablish pick priority to throw away pick priority and get last pick so you could play a card that would have doubly benefited a tense border neighbor had it passed but the plan was for it to fail so everyone, including yourself, would evenly lose 2 TGs, except for Yin who only lost 1 so technically we came out ahead?
Oh darn it people, my plan was to save at least some trade goods! Mostly for me!
Looks like no one trusts Muaat princes who put out oddly sounding requests for financial schemes.
This was a trust exercise, you all fail.
@MrBlarney Yeah I understand about the vote, kinda dumb of me to vote then ask.

There is no tension on the Naalu/L1z1X border. We respect each other's unique cultures and ways of life!
It's also worth noting that stever stood to gain from the passage of that Law as well. He had nothing to lose by putting it to a vote.

So much for declaring in order. Well, L1z1x has no options (though the planet Faunus is under his control, the system is not under his control without a (non-fighter) ship there) and so must pass on the Secondary, so all that's left is to wait for Muatt's decision. After that, it will be Jol-Nar's turn.

In the status updates Creuss is listed as having a red tech credit, is the map correct or the update?
I have no idea why Creuss got listed as having a Red Technology Credit, but it's never had a tech credit in the first place. Seems like it's only the most recent update that has that error, I wonder why.
The Universities of Jol-NarACTIVATE Production strategy, taking Sarween Tools (1r), Production strategy (2r), tapping Jol (2r), Nar (1r), Rigel II (1r), Rigel III (1r), and Arinam (1r, untapped due to Nano Tech) for a total of 9r to produce a Carrier (3r), a pair of Fighters (1r), and a Dreadnaught (5r) at Jol.
Play on Production Secondary. Exhaust Muaat(4R), Capha(3R), Quann(2R), Gral(1R), Centaur(1R) and use Sarween tools(1R) (12 total) to build a Warsun(12R) in Muaat.
I am now over my fleet supply limit in Muaat, so I remove the destroyer.

Error: You cannot build units so that you exceed your Fleet Supply (Base rulebook p. 21). I do not believe you can play on the secondary at this time, since you also cannot voluntarily scuttle units until the Status Phase.
Oh right, my mistake, I could maybe build a single fighter...
Yeah Pass on that, Ill fix the post.

I PLAY the secondary ability, spending a Strategy Allocation Counter and exhausting ALL available planets EXCEPT
Lirta IV & Maaluuk (10R) to build 1 Carrier (3R), 1 Dreadnought (5R) and 1 Mech (2R) at the Space Dock on Naalu.
I'm honestly surprised how popular dreadnaughts have been this game.
Having a warsun and other dreadnaughts on the board so early might have something to do with it. With low fleet supply you basically have a choice of making 3 cruisers for 6R but needing two more fleet supply or you can build one dreadnaught for 5 R. The poor movement however...

The Naalu Collective: Play Primary Ability of (3) Assembly Strategy Card, gaining 1 Political Card (PC 2 --> 3) and 2 Action Cards (AC 2 --> 4).
The Speaker Token is passed to the L1z1x, and the Naalu play Political Card "Mining Operations" from their hand (PC 3 --> 2).
The agenda fails, 36 votes AGAINST (Creuss, Yin, Jol-Nar) to 17 FOR (Naalu, L1z1x) (Muaat abstained). All players lose 2 Trade Goods (Jol-Nar TG 4 --> 2, Naalu TG 2 --> 0, L1z1x TG 2 --> 0, Creuss TG 4 --> 2, Muaat TG 2 --> 0, Yin TG 1 --> 0). The Ghosts of Creuss: Play Primary Ability of (2) Diplomacy II Strategy Card, forcing all other players to place a Command Counter from their reserves into the Tequ'ran-Torkan system.
Jol-Nar plays on the secondary ability (SA 2 --> 1), exhausting Meer (4I) to claim Arinam. Universities of Jol-Nar: Play Primary Ability of (4) Production Strategy Card, exhausting Jol (1R), Nar (2R), Rigel II (1R), Rigel III (1R), Arinam (1R), and use Sarween Tools (1R) and two free resources to build 1 Dreadnought (5R), 1 Carrier (3R) and 2 Fighters (1R) at Nar.
Naalu plays on the secondary (SA 2 --> 1), exhausting Druaa (3R), Bereg (3R), Ashtroth (3R), Abaddon (1R), and Loki (1R) to build 1 Dreadnought (5R), 1 Carrier (3R), and 1 Mechanized Unit (2R) at Druaa.
