With some finagling you could probably do more than two players for Netrunner. Like multiple runners against the same Corp. Corp gets a slightly longer turn and Runners go at the same time.
    Gonna need more cards though...

Or have multiple SysOps. Still need cards though.

Here's a couple of house rules we used 15 years ago for 3+Player Netrunner:
-Corp gets 2 extra phases a turn per additional runner (2 runners gives a corp 6 phases for example).
-First run on a system, ICE rezzes at half cost.
-If runners tag-team a system, the ICE has bonus strength (not hard numbers, just whatever's fair) but only one runner needs to break it for both runners to pass.
-Runners may effect each others programs with other programs only (your additional RAM isn't gonna help your buddy's ice breaker on his system).
-Runners may copy programs from each other (free or for the program cost, depending on the players).

For multiple SysOps, each one draws from the same R&D (deck) and uses the same Archives (discard) but are otherwise indepentant and cannot install ICE on each other's systems. In this scenario, R&D and Archives are off-line and cannot be accessed.
