At this point, I think it's safest to assume that it's coming from a non-village source. If it's a villager ability, someone will just tell ZH and that'll be the end of it.
Kilnaga is pretty clearly claiming to be a villager. If he really was a vote immune (or vote manip or other relevant ability) villager, he'd have just told us and been done with it, rather than letting us all run around. For what it's worth, I'm generally inclined to believe that he's just a clueless villager.
Of the two left on the wagon, I'm going with Kime. Vanillagers tend to not fight the vote day 1. SK's and mafia look for all sorts of ways to avoid it, and the "we're both getting voted out let's hit someone different" is one of the better ways to do it.

However it happens, we need a clear vote leader. Two votes apparently wasn't enough last night.
Current theories seem pretty sound to me, gaining a large margin on one person would seem like the way to go to figure out if we're dealing with vote manipulation via weighted votes, or vote immunity. Towards that end I'm down with a kilnaga vote tonight.

Perhaps they each have a kill, split even/odd?

So, looking back at the Kilnaga/Kime/SLyM wagons on Day 1 I noticed something interesting. Shortly before Kime offered Kilnaga the KKK pact on SLyM, Matev switched his vote between the two. This made it 5-4 Kilnaga-Kime instead of 6-3. After the pact was made, only one person switched off Kilnaga, two off Kime. Not much of a swing, but enough to save Kilnaga apparently. Not really sure what to make of all this, but the people hoping off Kime onto SLyM were either trying to save him, or in a roundabout way Kilnaga. The problem with that is...those two people are Kilnaga and the villager Egos. Oy!
I'll just go with my gut from all this mess right now and say Matev.

Some thoughts re:vote manipulation.
It is clear from the narration that we have a dracula character. (Blood drained corpse) so if the mafia do have vote manipulation I suspect it would be from the vampire character, and would be mind control, so instead of having a +x to your vote, you could change someones vote to what you wanted it to be.
