pretty annoyed by the northrend fishing contest removal.
god forbid they admit they made a mistake and/or actually fix the problems it caused.
Yeah, unless the datamining was off or the tooltip was worded wrong with the change, taking Kal'uak off the achievement might as well be saying straight up "CRZ fucked this up and we can't figure out how to fix it. So instead we'll just remove it"
For PvP though, *shrug*... There are ways out of Blind like the pvp trinket, every man for himself, etc.
Blind being dodged is silly; I imagine that's something that is a by-product of another change (is it not taking into account +hit?). But listing the pvp trinket and EMFH? Those both share the same cooldown, in addition to one being a racial. I know nearly every character is a human, but there are actually a bunch of other races out there.
Also, lets not forget that friendly dispels are sitting on a cooldown; considering there is alot more CC than usual, that is also another rather big issue.
Do I need to go further as to why it is not needed in pve? Rogues have got sap, so if you want to sap one and blind another, knowing that you can "only" CC two things for 1 min rather than sap something and then blind it afterwards, well I don't know what to say.
And Blind has never shared DR with stuns. It shares it with disorientates.
Anyway, as predicted, the cooldown has gone up.
How is this any different from Polymorph, Hex, Fear, etc?
And please, Sap is not an alternative. Sap requires you to be in stealth and the opponent to "not be in combat". It's beyond worthless as a CC except when setting up an attack. And if it's broken, that's it, you're done.
Edit: Blind being dodgable is because it's a physical attack - no longer a "poison" attack. I'm sure this is very much intended.
I know how sap works surprisingly. It's worthless as a CC except setting up an attack (I don't get what you are driving at here; it's worthless unless you use it like you should)? Are we talking pve or pvp here? Because in pve, if you're actually caring about CC when it comes to packs, it's certainly fine, and in pvp many would disagree with you.
I'm also pretty sure I didn't say Sap was an alternative to blind, because in my very example, you can sap something, and then blind another. If you need something CC'd for a long time, then Sap followed by Blind in pve comes to 2 minutes.
I don't know where to begin with regards to how is blind different from polymorph / hex / fear. I'd probably say it was a silly question, because of the context of the classes, but off the top of my head, poly and hex require casting times, can lock you out of schools of magic if you eat an interrupt with a school lock out attached to it, fear depends what class you're talking about, all of those CC's can be dispelled, some of those have no cooldowns, some do. I could be forever and a day.
Blind being made a physical attack I'm sure is intended; people being able to dodge it in pvp, as I said, is most likely a by-product of that change, as opposed to someone actually thinking "you know, lets have people randomly avoid this in pvp" considering how many things with RNG have been taken out of pvp (mace specialisation / blackout stun).
Considering how easy it is to level the old reps now (save for a few of the Insane ones), I'd be surprised if they did.
They definitely moved the quote button.
Vanilla reps are easy, but tbc are still locked to specific dungeons, wotlk/cata ones are still locked to the appropriate level dungeons with a tabard.
There's dailies, sure (for wotlk/cata; on some of the reps), but the amount of rep from them is still the same as they always were.
Vanilla reps are the only ones that generally got the shit buffed out of them (hated to exalted in timbermaw in an hour, for instance).
EDIT: Not really related, did I read the brawlers thing preview right...that only one person can be doing it at a time, at all? That seems...what? Having a rep tied to the thing and limiting one person on a server able to even do it at any given time? Wow.
At 85/90 those reps are much easier to complete though. TBC dungeons are a cakewalk at that point, and rep tabards work in the MoP dungeons (it's how I got exalted with the Horde panda faction) so it's not like the WotLK reps require you to go back and do old content.

City tabards work in any level dungeon.
Xpack factions must be done in their level dungeons; the tabards themselves state it.
To help raiders prepare their schedules for next week, we wanted to give everyone a brief heads-up that the Normal mode Heart of Fear will be debuting alone on Tuesday, and the Normal mode Terrace of Endless Spring will now open in the weeks following.
To help players focus on tackling these new encounters without feeling overwhelmed, we’ve decided to stagger the release of the two remaining raid zones. Heart of Fear should prove to be a challenging zone that will take the typical group some time to master, and players must defeat the Grand Empress Shek’zeer at the end of Heart of Fear before they may move on to Terrace of Endless Spring once that zone unlocks.
The unlock schedule for Looking For Raid modes for Heart of Fear and Terrace of Endless Spring is unaffected by this change. Heroic Heart of Fear will still be accessible to players who have cleared the zone on Normal difficulty.
Killing the Empress to unlock Terrace has been the plan for a long time. That part is not news. Delaying Terrace isn't going to have any big impact as most guilds haven't cleared Mogu'shan Vaults yet and Terrace is supposed to be more difficult so it's largely irrelevant. They'll complain about it anyway of course.
Finally exalted with the Klaxxi. It was just my luck that the dailies for today were the ones by the lake, without the extra hidden daily that would have pushed me over to exalted. So I spent the last hour grinding Amber Shards for an extra 100 rep.
So are the WoW threads still mod made? If so then light the @Rorus Raz signal for a new one.
Just because a mod makes a thread doesn't mean that normal users can't make them. I can make one in a second here, but anyone else could if they wanted.

Stormwind/Orgrimmar... should be near the portal to Pandaria.
It is in Org on the horde side. If your Alliance I would guess there are a group of pandas somewhere in SW.
The one in SW is over by the lake with the Cata portals. You can't really miss the Balloon.

I just remembered a few times where someone made a thread, and Munkus would lock it and make his own.
I can make it.
