Also, The Universities receive 1 TG from their route with Yin (the -1 penalty being offset by Micro Technology).
l1z1x are able to complete the remaining 3 unclaimed public objectives all by attacking me-you'd think me have some goods to build ships would keep that from happening now wouldn't it. Not to poke fun at your little snake fleet but it's not going to do a whole lot.
Granted, I'm not really in this thing and haven't been for a while but I can put sticks into the leader's spokes.
So I understand breaking the Creuss-JolNar agreement because JolNar attacked you right after you attempted to negotiate a truce and they immediately attacked you.
l1z1x has attacked you and has an agreement but apparently your not worried about that one.
You have been attacked by 2 people in this game that have, "taken you out of it" as you put it. Instead of using your action this round to do something against them, you've decided to start kingmaking halfway through the game-think I'm beginning to understand why this game is so infrequently played by some people, it's very time consuming and decisions like these will sour your entire experience of it.
What could I do against L1Z1X, esp with the Strat cards remaining to me?

If letting him have his 1 trade agreement is "kingmaking", (which I also dislike in a game), he's further in the lead than even you think.
Wasn't trying to get all up in your case about it-really seemed like the extra TGs or taking technology-cybernetics were the two options you had for actually helping you; where as the original action was never going to benefit you.
If you spend a turn or two building up a decent carrier+fighter fleet I think you could do something. XRD is probably the most valuable tech for you right now.
