    To clarify; You can't move there because Badlands isn't connected to one of your regions, and I think you mistake it for Bretonnia because Badlands isn't populous ('POP' sign top right)

    Oh, someone (Khorne?) should work to ensure that Tzeench doesn't double-tick, btw.

    Edit: Herpderp, The Rat already has it covered, I think - you can dominate purely on power cards, right? Or do you have to have at least one figure present?
