    I don't know the exact context of the image, but it comes from a larger panel where the centrally placed character, Kitsu Chiri, has just done a number on a bus full of people. She comes from the satirical series Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, where most of the characters have one defining quirk: in the case of Chiri, she's got a penchant for precision. Things not done properly can lead her to annoyance or even violence, the latter being on display in the image.
