The thread hasn't been posted in for a couple of weeks, but this would be a viable place to ask. If you don't want to practice thread necromancy, you can start a new thread.
If the showing is at 4PM, then are we screwed if we want to hit up the 5PM dinner time? I guess it kind of depends on:
1. How long the movie is
2. How close to PF Changs the theater is
and
3. If the dinner organizers would mind if some of us showed up a bit late for dinner. (This is what I'm worried about here...I don't want to be rude and walk into dinner just before the next seating.)

Each wave is 90 minutes, and I can't see the movie being much longer than 90 minutes itself. I'd check with ElectricTurtle in the dinner thread, but I don't see showing up a half hour late being a problem so long as you are still done eating and such in time for the next wave.
Alright, after some discussion with some friends and some deciding based on centralized location, the AMC Pacific Place Theatre 11 would be close to PF Changs for quick travel to the theatre after the dinner is over. The theatre is a decent size, has both stadium and standard seating and "Loveseats" designed for 2 to snuggle in.
They have convenient foodstuffs there, a cafe upstairs, and is rated well for comfort and customer service. There are, of course, bad reviews, mostly concerning the service, and mostly during the day.
You can find a place in there that does advertise private parties and renting out theatres for exclusive events, but as far as group discounts go, they outright say those don't exist. I've yet to find any info on how large the theatres are, but I can continue looking about.
But, for distance from dinner, this place can't be beat.

Pacific Place Theatre 11: 600 Pine St.
I don't know if you guys have seen the tralier for Hot Rod but this movie looks like it would be worth our....what's the tearm....MST3000 style of antics.

Movie should be moved to after the dinner. More people will have arrived in town, and those already here will be more drunk. Or, have a 2nd movie time for "after dinner" people.

The movie was placed before the dinner so people could also attend one of the two concerts happening on Thursday night, or for an evening at Gameworks.
Is this rumored trip to gameworks set in stone? If so, what time should people be at gameworks?

I believe the gameworks thing is happening, however they're going late (after the dinner), and I believe that after a certain hour they restrict entry to 21+, don't hold me to that one, there was a Gameworks thread around here somewhere, but it appears to have died.

I just called the theatre hoping to to get Nicole to tell me when The Invasion will be playing on the 23rd. She said they won't have that information until August 14th. I will make sure to post the movie times on that day.
10 Irish + 1 Canadian + 9 bottles of Vodka and some Jagermeister = I honestly can't remember much except the next morning. That part, at least, really sucked.
