Honestly, barring legal problems, I feel that WWE games should be like Super Smash Bros games (except Brawl), where no one should be left out once they are on the roster. Considering they are gonna put both of the Usos on here, I don't see why we can't get someone like William Regal.
Well when you do a porn involving a threesome with Vince and Stephanie McMahon impersonators you pretty much give up rights to be in WWE products.
Oh, no question-- it's Rude's omission I'm more curious about.
They probably just didn't think he was important enough to include, sadly.
I definitely agree that it's stupid that a number of guys from WWE 12 didn't make it into 13. It's not like they completely revamped the graphics or animations, so it really doesn't make any sense.
And on the subject of downloadable CAWs, I got a really good Samoa Joe and downloaded his entrance theme to my PS3. Whoever created his entrance did an awesome job with it. The timing and everything is just spot on. It actually became my favourite entrance in the entire game, especially since Del Rio's entrance is absolutely butchered.

What do you do about the announcer? It annoys me and breaks immersion when they say "scott hell" or "Matt Hart-ee".
Yeah, that's the worst part. It seems like they try to get a number of well known non-WWE wrestler names in there in some form (Kurt Angle and Austin Aries are both incredibly easy) but then others are a total mess. I wish you could just turn the announcer off for specific wrestlers entrances if you can't come up with anything. On the bright side, at least the selection is better than all the tag team names they came up with. THOSE are terrible.
I guess there's always the option to set it to something generic like "The superstar" or "The wrestler".
